Battery Management

Kabco Products have pioneered the use of environmentally friendly power modules and the Battery Management System (BMS) developed by Natural Power Systems lends itself to some of the best green power modules available for welfare units today.

The BMS allows for two banks of batteries. While one bank gives power, the other can be allowed to recharge. This ultimately prolongs the amount of power available. In the event of battery depletion, the BMS has the facility to temporarily shut down to recharge for solar only systems or allows for automatic generator restart as with the XGEN system

The integrated display gives getails on voltage, battery status, AMPS, input and hours remaining. No other cabin manufacturer can offer the same level of battery control.
